1. Like all plain stuff in ANY business, this can be a numbers game. Now, don't get me wrong, folks are NOT simple numbers however, you building an empire Can come down to YOUR numbers. Such as:

- Which will cause how many people the master plan was showed by you
- Which will lead to how many you recruit
- Which will cause how many you're able to show up to events
- Which will result in how many leaders happen to be born in your team.
See how that works? Have low numbers toward the very best and you may have low numbers in the bottom certainly.
2. It is never too early to learn about team building. The sooner you understand team building the better you'll go forth and have the confidence to build a team. Being the number one earner in my multilevel marketing company means that I've built the largest and most successful team. Much of that's by conversing with quality people and never getting hung up on convincing everyone to join my team.

3. Don't be dependent on the outcome. You need everyone to have success, at the very least, I hope. However, know that many simply wont take the actions they know would make their business usually due to subconscious mindset constraints. Suggest guides, resources, courses and attending occasions but don't defeat yourself up when they don't create results. Your teammates are companies and they need to take some self-responsibility.
4. Invest in yourself. You're the constant. You can be regardless of what happens in your organization here. Should you wish to attract higher quality people, BECOME top quality yourself. I see many web marketers that wonder why they get such crummy people when their affiliate marketing is suggesting to people that they do not have to pick up the telephone, prospect, make sales, or perhaps do anything to create lots of money really. The situation with hype marketing can it be works…but simply to attract lower quality people and turn OFF the high quality folks that would be awesome to own in your team.
5. Always be there to guide but don't make yourself do all of the work. The unfortunate truth is You want success for your teammates significantly more than many of them want it for themselves, that doesn't mean YOU work yourself into a frenzy to train them on steps they shall never perform. There is a question asked from my teammates never, successful or not, that goes unanswered, but if someone doesn't do the homework or the actions they state they shall do, I don't stress myself out by me compensating for their lack of work by over-supporting them.
6. Stop trying to motivate and on the other hand, MOTIVATE! Motivating is you relaxing in a chair barking directions to your MLM squad, inspiring is YOU doing the actions you wish they might do. They can tell the difference between leading and managing, go lead.
